Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized or final-sale items are non-returnable.

Color & Sizing Notice

  • Product photos are for reference only. Due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and photography, actual colors may appear slightly different (often richer or deeper) than shown online. Minor color variation of this kind is not eligible for return or refund.
  • The size selected by the customer at checkout is the customer’s own selection. Orders are not eligible for return or refund due to choosing the wrong size.
  • A refund is guaranteed if your order was never received or arrives damaged or defective – see “Damaged or Incorrect Items” below.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
