At Officialsartoria, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the policy below.
Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we will not be able to cancel it.
To cancel your order within the allowed time:
- Email us at support@officialsartoria.com
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation
After 12 Hours
If your cancellation request is received after 12 hours or once your order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. In that case, you may wait for the order to be delivered and then proceed with our Return & Refund Policy if eligible.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
