At Officialsartoria, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, wear and tear, or returned beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Custom or personalized hats
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email our customer support at support@officialsartoria.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an incorrect item was delivered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
