Officialsartoria Return and Refund Policy

At Officialsartoria, we offer unique, custom-made products that are created only when ordered, thanks to our partnership with Printify, a print-on-demand service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not support returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or style was ordered, or if a customer changes their mind after placing an order.

However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we are committed to making it right. You may request a free reprint or a refund by contacting us within 30 days of receiving your order. To process your request, please use the “Submit Issue” form and include a clear photo that demonstrates the problem.

Important Details

  • Refunds will be issued to your Officialsartoria store account balance. From there, you can choose to transfer the amount back to your original payment method. If your payment was made in a currency other than the United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be directly returned to the original payment source.
  • If the issue affects multiple items featuring the same design, please provide an additional photo (or video) showing all the affected products together for verification.
  • We will not be liable for reprints or refunds if an incorrect size or color was ordered by the customer. In cases of unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for a reprint with an additional charge or request a partial refund.
  • For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, a 0.5-inch tolerance in print placement is allowed, and such minor variations will not be considered defects.
